Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to profile new clients and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing Expressions of Interest (EOI), Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVC), and delivering engaging presentations to organizations.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Register new clients and staff members within organizations.
• Ensure prompt submission of RSA forms to facilitate timely pin generation.
• Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing immediate solutions, while encouraging referrals.
• Promote Additional Voluntary Contributions to existing clients alongside their RSA.
• Engage with members of the informal sector to gather contact information.
• Provide clients with updates on the pension industry through various communication channels, including interactive sessions.
• Ensure that all newly opened accounts are funded, as well as legacy accounts assigned to you.
Daily Tasks
• Actively prospect for new clients and make cold calls to establish relationships when necessary.
• Visit assigned employers to strengthen relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
• Close sales and register clients when opportunities arise.
• Sell AVCs to current clients.
• Meet with informal sector associations to collect contact details of their members.
• Highlight the company's advantages to clients currently with other PFAs and encourage them to complete our EoI form.
• Follow up with employers who have yet to fund RSAs.
• Communicate with employees regarding unfunded accounts for resolution.
• Develop a list of qualified prospects.
• Encourage dissatisfied clients with their current PFAs to fill our EoI form before the Transfer Window.
• Address client challenges and issues promptly.
• Monitor remittances and direct them to the appropriate department.
