Job Title: Sales Incentive Analyst

Description
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Incentive Analyst to support our Territory Management and Incentive Compensation teams. This role will be responsible for ensuring the timely calculation and payout of sales incentives, performing ad hoc reporting, and maintaining master data to enhance data analysis for the North America Research & Applied Commercial Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processes, data management, and tasks related to sales incentives.
- Deliver on-time data retrieval and reporting based on prioritization of needs.
- Conduct ongoing maintenance of master data to optimize the benefits of data analysis.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry is a plus.
- Preferred experience in Territory Management and Incentive Compensation.
- Proficient in Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Business Objects, Business Warehouse, BEx, PowerPivot) and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) as well as CRM systems like Salesforce.com.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel including pivot tables, vlookup, and macros are required, with MS Access experience considered beneficial.
