About the Role
As the Sales Lead for Homebuilders, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and expanding Cedar’s partnerships with residential homebuilders and development collaborators. This position is focused on seamlessly integrating Cedar’s affordability solutions into new construction sales processes, thereby helping builders broaden their buyer demographics, enhance property absorption rates, and elevate project feasibility.
Your responsibilities will include identifying, pursuing, and finalizing partnerships with both regional and national homebuilders, in close collaboration with builder leadership, sales teams, and finance departments. Reporting directly to the Partnerships/Sales leadership, you will engage cross-functionally with Product, Policy, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure that Cedar’s offerings are well-integrated, comprehensively understood, and actively utilized during the sales process.
This is a senior-level, field-facing position for an individual who possesses a deep understanding of homebuilder sales strategies, financing mechanisms for developments, and how affordability solutions can unlock market demand.
