Role Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Sales Leader to spearhead enterprise-level sales initiatives targeting European banks and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in financial services, a strong technical background, and exceptional relationship management skills with C-suite executives, alongside a proven record of successfully selling complex enterprise technology solutions.
This role entails navigating lengthy B2B sales cycles within heavily regulated sectors while thriving in a dynamic startup/scale-up environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales of the platform to Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks, credit unions, and financial institutions.
- Identify and qualify prospects within solution-first, platform-first, and code-first organizations.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with C-level executives, compliance officers, and technology teams.
- Design tailored go-to-market strategies for retail banking, compliance, risk management, and trading operations.
- Navigate complex EU/UK regulatory landscapes ensuring compliance with AML, GDPR, KYC, and Basel III standards.
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to create adaptive sales materials and strategies, aligning with lean startup principles.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting, with accountability for €500K+ enterprise deals.
