We are actively working to provide solutions for learning and professional development across healthcare professions in the D/A/CH region.
As of 2024, Novaheal GmbH has joined AMBOSS SE, focusing on nursing education. Developed by seasoned nursing professionals, Novaheal offers a comprehensive array of learning content tailored to the unique demands of nursing training.

As a vital member of our sales team, you will drive the introduction of our learning app to healthcare institutions and actively contribute to expanding our partnerships.
Your Role as a Sales Manager: You will play a central role in our growth trajectory. Understanding the challenges faced by our target audience – nursing professionals, nursing educators, and their institutions – you will present our SaaS solution in a solution-oriented manner. With your keen insight into individual customer needs and your professional demeanor, you will help propel our mission forward.
Your Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Consultation: Presenting our learning app and establishing long-term relationships with decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
Accurate Tracking and Reporting: Regularly document your sales activities in our CRM (HubSpot) and provide precise reporting on your pipeline and forecasts to highlight your progress.
Customer Support and Collaboration: Manage partnerships and support clients throughout the sales process.
Needs-Based Solutions: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to enhance our reach and effectiveness.
