MISSION:
- Drive the acquisition of new clients to enhance sales opportunities, profitability, growth, and account penetration by effectively promoting the company’s products and services, ultimately boosting revenue.
- Launch new Coface products into the market while ensuring the commercial success of existing offerings.
- Optimize the efficiency of the sales process by adhering to group offering procedures, with a focus on targeted outreach, tailored offers, and cost management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Development and Product Marketing:
- Identify and pursue potential new clients within the designated sales area through strategies such as cold calling, referrals, online research, networking, and industry events.
- Showcase products and services to prospective customers and guide them in selecting the best solutions for their needs.
- Pinpoint decision-makers within prospective organizations.
- Engage in telephone, in-person interactions, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Recognize new sales opportunities with potential clients to propose innovative products.
- Craft clear and compelling proposals/quotations to prospects with input from internal stakeholders such as commercial and risk underwriters, and senior management.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts to facilitate strategic planning.
- Ensure maximum sales potential is realized to meet annual sales objectives.
- Collaborate in the development and execution of the Marketing Action Plan for products as defined by the Regional/Country Commercial and Marketing Director.
Negotiation, Follow-Up, Reporting:
- Lead commercial negotiations with prospects and intermediaries until contractual agreements are finalized.
- Gather feedback from new clients to assess satisfaction levels with company products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and relevant information in IT systems for performance tracking and analysis.
Market Monitoring:
- Maintain awareness of new and lost clients to identify market trends and developments among competitors, reporting insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Propose enhancements or modifications to existing products to sustain competitiveness in the market.
Communication:
- Establish and uphold communication channels with other departments to identify all sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with intermediaries to expand the prospect pool.
- Participate in external events organized within the region to promote Coface's offerings.
