About the Role
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee a team of Account Executives, driving consistent revenue growth, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and fostering team performance. This multifaceted role requires a blend of coaching, operational management, and strategic insight, focused on achieving targets while cultivating a thriving, high-performance culture.
As a Sales Manager, you will mentor representatives throughout the entire sales cycle, ensure compliance with our processes and tools, and promote continuous skill enhancement. You will analyze key performance trends, devise solutions for obstacles, and influence our overarching go-to-market strategy.
This position reports directly to the Director of Direct Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Engage in weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss performance, pipeline, objectives, and development strategies.
- Provide continuous coaching through call reviews, structured training, and support from enablement partnerships.
