About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Manager who embodies a solution-oriented approach. Our sales team prioritizes the customer experience, moves with agility, and employs strategic thinking to provide exceptional value throughout the customer journey. This role is integral to our go-to-market (GTM) success and involves direct reporting to the VP of Sales and Success.
Your Responsibilities
Recruit and mentor a team of Account Executives, ensuring they consistently achieve revenue and pipeline goals while identifying the best technical solutions for our clients.
Engage in high-stakes deals as an executive sponsor, forging significant new partnerships for Attio.
Contribute to the development and execution of Attio's go-to-market strategy.
Work collaboratively with teams across Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering to enhance our customers' experience and inform Attio's product roadmap.
Your Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in building successful teams and coaching Account Executives.
At least 4 years of experience in selling technical products to high-growth customers.
Strong skills in quantitative forecasting and pipeline management towards ambitious financial targets.
A genuine passion for the CRM landscape and improving business go-to-market strategies.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally on strategic initiatives.
A knack for thriving in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
