Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a Sales Consultant or in a sales management role is preferred.Prior experience in the industry is advantageous.Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor sales teams.Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in data analysis and reporting techniques.Outstanding customer service skills.Familiarity with design principles is preferred.Experience with CAD software is a plus.
