This Sales Manager position is based in Patna with a travel requirement of 25%.

Expertise in dealer management.
A solid understanding of the technical specifications of our product range from previous roles.
Reseller Partnership Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all reseller partners, developing and executing strategies to enhance these partnerships. Regularly assess partner performance and provide necessary support and training to boost their sales capabilities.
Channel Sales Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy aligned with company objectives, focusing on optimizing sales through our reseller network.
Integration of Service and Sales: Collaborate closely with the service team to identify and pursue sales opportunities, leveraging technical expertise and customer interactions to generate leads and inquiries.
Product Promotion and Demonstrations: Work with resellers to organize product demonstrations and promotional activities, highlighting the unique benefits of our products to potential customers.
Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor actions, communicating insights to both resellers and internal teams to shape strategic decisions and refine sales tactics.
Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to both resellers and service team members on product features, sales techniques, and market positioning, ensuring they are well-equipped to drive sales.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Diligently track sales metrics across the reseller network to achieve or surpass sales targets.
Customer and Reseller Feedback: Act as the intermediary for gathering feedback from end users and resellers, utilizing this information to enhance product offerings, sales strategies, and overall customer service.
