- Key Responsibilities:

- Reseller Partnership Management: Serve as the principal contact for reseller partnerships, creating and executing strategies to enhance these relationships. Regularly assess partner performance and provide necessary training and support to improve their sales effectiveness.
- Channel Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy that aligns with company objectives, focusing on maximizing sales through the reseller network.
- Collaboration with Service Team: Work closely with the service team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, leveraging technical knowledge and customer interactions to generate leads.
- Product Promotion: Partner with resellers to organize product demonstrations and promotional activities, highlighting the unique benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market dynamics and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to both resellers and internal teams to guide strategic decisions and enhance sales tactics.
- Training Initiatives: Deliver extensive training programs for resellers and service personnel on product features, sales techniques, and market positioning to empower them in achieving sales goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Diligently track sales metrics across the reseller network to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Feedback Collection: Act as the liaison for gathering feedback from end-users and resellers, utilizing this information to refine product offerings and sales strategies as well as improve customer service.
