We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Executive to identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers in the OEMs and Industrial verticals. You will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing client issues promptly.
Your responsibilities will include strategic planning and execution to meet sales targets for your designated area. You will be tasked with pricing products competitively, monitoring market trends, and implementing loyalty schemes for contractors and polishers to reinforce their commitment to our brand.
Additionally, you'll manage financial processes such as invoicing, payment collection, and outstanding accounts, while also forecasting material requirements to ensure timely sourcing and availability for clients.
Reporting and team management will be crucial aspects of your role, including setting performance targets for sales staff, developing incentive schemes, and providing coaching and training as necessary.
