About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our Ad Cloud solutions in Indonesia. This role involves driving sales and upselling to both new and existing clients while delivering exceptional service to support our revenue objectives in the Indonesian market.

Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with new and existing clients to educate them on Appier’s advertising solutions, securing their commitment.
- Identify, propose, and sell tailored programs to targeted organizations within designated market sectors.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, including their products, services, customer demographics, marketing strategies, competitive landscape, and sales objectives.
- Manage your individual sales pipeline effectively to optimize revenue and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Deliver an outstanding level of professionalism and service in response to both general and customized client inquiries.
- Act as a thought leader in digital marketing within the local business community.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to engage with CMOs and Heads of Marketing to foster existing growth.
- Build strategic relationships by identifying and capitalizing on key new business opportunities.
About You
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in digital media sales.
- A creative problem-solver with a strong track record of understanding customer needs and delivering innovative solutions.
- Solid knowledge of the digital and mobile marketing industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both the local language and English.
- Proven negotiation skills with a history of sales success.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach and commitment to follow-through.
