Comprising experts in Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnerships, we work in unison to deliver impactful solutions that maximize AI accessibility.
About the Role
In this strategic leadership position, you will spearhead the sales initiatives targeting Digital Natives in Central EMEA. You will recruit and cultivate a high-performing team of technical sales professionals and ensure successful deployments of our AI technologies for clients.
The ideal candidate will have robust sales leadership experience and a deep understanding of AI technologies. You should be adept at navigating a dynamic technological landscape. Your responsibilities will encompass customer acquisition, managing key accounts, and fostering executive relationships.
As a proven leader, you will collaborate effectively across various functions including product development, marketing, developer relations, and operations, while mentoring your sales team to achieve their strategic goals.
This position is available in either Dublin or Munich. We embrace a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office each week, and we provide relocation assistance for new hires.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading a dedicated sales team
Collaborating with solutions to design and implement complex customer programs
Overseeing revenue forecasts related to consumption
Staying abreast of industry trends, including competitors and partners, to influence product strategy and corporate direction
Assisting in recruiting and onboarding new team members
Fostering a positive company culture
