Responsibilities
New Customer Acquisition: You will be responsible for actively establishing new business contacts, identifying potential opportunities, and transforming them into long-term partnerships.
Market Segmentation: Your focus will be on sectors such as pharmaceuticals, medical technology, technical components, FMCG, or packaging.
Project Management: You will oversee technical projects from the initial inquiry to series production, acting as the interface between customer and production.
International Sales: Manage and develop customer relationships both domestically and internationally.
Transparent Communication: Report directly to management and ensure a clear flow of information.
Profile
Sales Success: You are a professional in the field of injection molding services with a proven track record in new customer acquisition.
Technical Foundation: You possess solid knowledge of injection molding tools and understand the technical requirements of complex components.
Personality: You act dynamically and straightforwardly, and are a passionate networker. A hands-on mentality is second nature to you.
Experience: Ideally, you bring experience from the pharmaceutical, packaging, or technical components industries. International project experience and good English skills are expected.
Region: You reside in the Sauerland area or are willing to relocate to our attractive region.
