Join Rotork as a Sales Manager, where you will report directly to the Senior Sales Manager and take charge of all sales initiatives for our Water & Power clients in the Northwest region of the United States. This role requires you to cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including End Users, Engineering Consultants, Contractors, and Channel Partners.
Location Requirement: Candidates must be located in Northern California, Oregon, or Washington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all sales operations related to Water & Power projects.
- Establish and foster relationships with End Users, Engineering Consultants, Contractors, and Channel Partners to drive sales growth.
- Manage local channel partners, ensuring maximum performance from Manufacturer’s Representatives and Distributors.
- Actively track and pursue project sales and service opportunities with current clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, collaborating with the Factory Service Group for effective solutions.
- Provide timely and accurate sales activity reports through Rotork Customer Engagement (CRM) to maintain transparency and communication.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other Sales Managers to formulate a sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Deliver regular business forecasts for all product lines and services.
- Compile monthly sales reports with the regional sales manager to facilitate accurate business projections.
