As a Sales Manager on the Growth team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating Dropbox's transition from a Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy to a hybrid approach that combines PLG with Sales-Led Growth (SLG). Your leadership will guide a dedicated team focused on driving expansion within our existing customer base, while simultaneously shaping the sales approach for our innovative products such as Dash. This dynamic position demands a blend of strong leadership, hands-on execution, and adept problem-solving skills.
