- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed individual and collective sales objectives. Offer continuous coaching to bolster team capabilities and adapt to industry developments, especially within B2B and startup environments.
- Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive market research to pinpoint emerging opportunities and potential hurdles. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge in the B2B sector.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients across a variety of industries, with a focus on establishing B2B relationships. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, business owners, and operations managers.
