The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our Security & Technology sales team. This crucial leadership position is responsible for fostering a robust sales culture, stimulating continuous revenue growth, and empowering the team to excel in a competitive landscape.
In this role, you will oversee the performance of a team comprising Account Executives and Technical Account Managers, acting as their mentor, strategist, and problem-solver. You will serve as the vital link between executive strategies and day-to-day sales operations.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor, develop, and hold accountable a team of Account Executives and Technical Account Managers.
- Effectively recruit, onboard, and ramp up new sales talent.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture based on accountability, transparency, and ongoing improvement.
- Identify and nurture top performers while proactively addressing underperformance.
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management
- Drive consistent team revenue growth through effective pipeline management.
