- Lead and direct regional sales initiatives in alignment with strategic objectives to optimize sell-in and enhance sell-through rates.
- Conduct daily visits to retail locations based on a structured time and territory plan.
- Identify key high ROI placement opportunities for products at the point of sale and secure advantageous product positioning.
- Drive demand for the single-serve product category by articulating consumer trends and the premium positioning of our offerings.
- Expand distribution channels by evaluating potential prospects and onboarding new independent accounts while managing all aspects of account administration, including order fulfillment, credit status, training, and promotional opportunities.
- Oversee sales team operations to ensure alignment with strategic plans and actual performance metrics.
- Focus on inventory aging and consistently achieve corporate aging benchmarks.
- Ensure optimal shelf presence for our SKU’s with key accounts and negotiate product assortments with independent retailers.
- Identify and pursue special event opportunities while collaborating with Trade Marketing for effective planning and execution.
- Adhere to budget constraints while striving to meet established goals and KPIs.
- Provide relevant updates to Senior Management regarding market dynamics and consumer trade events, and collect data on POS, distribution, and competitive activities.
- Utilize the Thouq information system for accurate market intelligence and customer relationship management (CRM), ensuring timely and precise HQ reporting.
