Position Overview:The Sales Manager will spearhead sales growth across all product and service lines, encompassing AI products, software solutions, and digitalization services. This role demands a robust sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven history of successfully selling technology solutions.Key Responsibilities: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans aimed at expanding the customer base in Germany. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through thorough market analysis and proactive outreach. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations. Lead negotiations to finalize deals and achieve established sales targets. Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and product development teams to ensure sales strategies are effectively aligned. Collect and evaluate market feedback to guide product development and marketing initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline. Demonstrated sales experience in AI, software, or technology sectors, particularly within the German market. Strong understanding of the German business landscape, including local practices and regulatory frameworks. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with AI technologies, software solutions, digitalization, and cybersecurity. Fluency in both German and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional networking capabilities and the aptitude to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
