About the Role
Fivetran is in search of a passionate and driven Sales Operations Analyst to enhance our rapidly expanding Go-to-Market (GTM) team. This pivotal role is integral to optimizing our revenue processes and initiatives, collaborating closely with the Revenue Operations (RevOps) Systems, Analytics, and Enablements teams.
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will engage with our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Alliances teams to foster efficiencies and provide essential day-to-day support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn about the technology and business dynamics influencing our revenue organization and possesses a strong desire to streamline processes to drive success. With a curious mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement, they will adapt and deliver significant impact across the revenue organization.
This full-time position is based in our Bangalore office, offering a hybrid work model that combines remote flexibility with in-person collaboration, requiring two days in the office each week to foster teamwork. Working hours will align with North American business hours (9:30 PM - 5:30 AM IST).
