Join Our Team as a Sales Operations Analyst!
The Sales Operations Analyst is instrumental in enhancing operational excellence within the Go-to-Market teams at Flywire. In this pivotal role, you will provide insightful and actionable analytics through thorough reporting, uphold the accuracy of essential Sales data and processes, and collaborate with various teams to foster strategic, data-driven decisions. We are looking for a meticulous, analytical individual who is eager to boost the productivity and efficiency of our global Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of regular reporting and analytics (including forecasts, pipeline evaluations, productivity metrics, and KPIs), presenting clear, actionable insights to Go-to-Market leadership.
- Design and manage Salesforce dashboards and Sales reports while analyzing data to uncover trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Implement recurring operational projects such as territory adjustments, quota distributions, and CRM/data integrity initiatives with precision and timeliness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Enterprise Systems to refine processes, support Go-to-Market initiatives, and identify areas for enhanced productivity.
- Contribute to sales enablement by standardizing best practices and creating documentation and training resources for Sales systems and processes.
