THE ROLE:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our Global Sales Operations team in India. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Salesforce, a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end sales process, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic global environment. This position requires exceptional analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to execution. Key responsibilities include field support, UAT management, tracking of Inventory (Proof of Concept), and providing business insights for Theater Operations leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Ticket Management & Field Support
- Manage and resolve tickets raised by field sales teams with precision and within SLA.
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries regarding opportunity creation, quote modifications, and sales process support.
- Investigate and rectify issues related to quote generation, approvals, and primary quote management in Salesforce.
Sales Process & System Support
- Assist in the opportunity lifecycle in Salesforce—from creation to closure—ensuring data accuracy and adherence to policies.
- Collaborate closely with Theater Ops, SE Ops, IT, Sales Planning, Billing, and Order Management teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new tools or enhancements to sales workflows, providing structured feedback.
Reporting, Documentation & Process Optimization
- Analyze pipeline, bookings, and revenue data to deliver actionable business insights.
- Work alongside Theater Ops to identify bottlenecks, trends, and actionable items from field activities.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of sales operations processes and frequently asked questions to facilitate self-service and process consistency.
