We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will play a crucial role in establishing the operational framework that underpins our expanding sales organization. This position merges analytics, process design, and enablement, allowing you to work closely with sales leadership to translate business objectives into structured reporting, scalable workflows, and comprehensive playbooks that enhance execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and operational playbooks, serving as the definitive source for performance metrics and processes.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and actionable insights that bolster sales performance and informed decision-making.
- Lead process optimization and enablement initiatives, which include onboarding, creating training materials, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide daily operational support to the sales team and resolve reporting or workflow issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and work cross-functionally to synchronize systems, processes, and reporting throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Design scalable systems and processes that enhance visibility, minimize operational hurdles, and support sustainable growth.
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Within the first 90 days: Rapid onboarding and ownership of reporting, culminating in improved data accuracy and process clarity.
- Within the first 6 months: Delivery of scalable reporting and process enhancements while becoming a trusted advisor to sales leadership.
- Long-term success: Continuous operational improvements that boost sales productivity and guide strategic decision-making.
