Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Sales Operations Associate to enhance our Sales Operations team. This position is ideal for individuals with 1–2 years of experience in Salesforce administration and sales operations, who are passionate about advancing their skills in CRM management, process optimization, and effective cross-department collaboration. You will partner closely with the Sales Operations Lead to uphold a dynamic and efficient sales ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration:
- Oversee daily Salesforce operations, including user setups, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and ensure data integrity within the system.
- Configure fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and basic automations.
- Address user issues and provide initial support for Sales and Customer teams.
- Assist in the testing and deployment of new Salesforce features and enhancements.
Sales Operations Support:
- Ensure precise sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance dashboards.
- Document and refine sales processes and workflows.
- Conduct data cleansing, enrichment, and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure data alignment across systems.
- Generate operational reports and facilitate ad-hoc analysis for leadership.
