You will establish a relationship through regular interactions, assess the needs of the managed team(s), share and analyze both standard and custom reports, and be the primary resource for fostering a seamless selling environment by enforcing sales policies, ensuring rep accountability, and recommending process enhancements.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with our established sales tech stack and using our systems to adhere to our operational cadence, which includes maintaining data integrity within our reports and dashboards to ensure data, pipeline, and forecast hygiene.
