Join Kapitus as a Sales Operations Intern and embark on an exciting journey to enhance your skills in corporate training and operations! This internship provides a unique opportunity for you to contribute to the development of sales training materials and resources while gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
In this role, you will assist in creating and redesigning training materials, including transforming PowerPoint presentations into engaging SharePoint resources. You will also help build a comprehensive video library for training purposes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales processes. Additionally, you'll have the chance to co-facilitate a sales training session alongside your supervisor.
As part of the Sales Operations team, you will play a vital role in testing Salesforce enhancements and driving process improvements. You'll engage in strategic project planning, optimize sales strategies, and utilize data analytics to track and enhance sales performance. Your contributions will support our efforts to improve process cycle times and resolve Salesforce-related challenges, while also assisting in onboarding new sales hires for a smooth transition into their roles.
