Administrative and Operational Assistance: Provide essential support to the Sales Area Lead by managing daily operational tasks and office-related activities, including coordination, follow-ups, and documentation.
Information Organization & Basic Research: Assist the team with the collection, organization, and maintenance of fundamental information utilizing internal systems and other available resources.
Meeting Coordination & Office Tasks: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and facilitate internal activities; assist in logistics for events, visits, or internal initiatives as needed.
Interdepartmental Support: Serve as a liaison to foster collaboration with other internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance) on routine matters.
