Sales Operations Manager
Position Summary: We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to bolster and expand our commercial activities in the gaming sector.
The Sales Operations Manager is pivotal in enhancing revenue efficiency and scalability within the organization. This role encompasses overseeing multi-channel demand generation, market intelligence, and analytics for various divisions under the TransPerfect Games umbrella, including The Mill and MPC. The ideal candidate will provide critical support to our global Business Development and Sales Operations teams by delivering actionable insights, spearheading lead generation campaigns, implementing automation, and producing industry reports that contribute to data-driven decision-making across platforms and regions.
This role governs the sales operational framework, encompassing pipeline management, forecasting, tool optimization, reporting, and performance enhancement.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage and enhance CRM and sales tools, leading multi-channel demand generation (LinkedIn, HubSpot email sequencing, Clay automations).
Utilize existing technologies to establish and maintain a real-time market intelligence system, ensuring data integrity.
Develop account prioritization and scoring frameworks to optimize sales efforts.
Design, implement, and monitor lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
