Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment efforts for our sales team within a designated region, becoming a subject matter expert for your roles and market.
Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and job specifications.
Implement innovative sourcing strategies to maintain a pipeline of high-quality passive candidates.
Screen resumes and guide candidates through the hiring process, from interview preparation to offer negotiation.
Achieve or exceed recruiting KPIs including time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
Maintain an organized database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
Collaborate effectively with the Talent and onboarding teams to finalize the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with current legal standards in recruiting practices.
Work alongside the team to refine hiring processes and best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
