Sales Recruiting Specialist

This role involves a variety of tasks throughout the recruitment process, from overseeing candidate workflows to actively participating in candidate screenings and articulating our exciting sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Conducting phone screenings and interviews with candidates;
Coordinating Zoom and in-person interviews with team members and local offices;
Providing logistical support for various recruiting activities, including career fair preparations and other events throughout the year (note: this role does not involve on-site recruitment, only logistical assistance);
Generating candidate flow through diverse sourcing and referral strategies;
