Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Phone Sales Representative to join our ranks. Your primary responsibility will be to convert engaged leads into satisfied customers—no cold calling required. If you have a passion for high-ticket sales and are ready to earn what you deserve, this position is perfect for you.
This is a full-time, fully remote position for candidates residing in Brazil. The working hours will align with the Asia-Pacific time zone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert warm, pre-qualified leads into enrolled students for our premium courses.
- Establish strong rapport with prospects and align our offerings with their aspirations.
- Monitor your performance metrics and adapt strategies to surpass conversion goals.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records within our CRM system.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to marketing and product development teams for ongoing enhancements.
- Work alongside internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent and polished English communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly absorb product information.
- Confident, inquisitive, and possess excellent listening abilities.
- Proven track record in quota-carrying roles is highly regarded.
