- Connecting with shippers and consignees of current clients.
- Engaging with satellite locations of our existing customers.
- Networking with other industry members related to our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making 100 calls per day to potential leads.
- Implementing and maintaining a CRM system for effective follow-ups.
- Utilizing emails, postcards, and letters to enhance communication.
- Updating and managing client databases diligently.
- Submitting quotes and following up on requests promptly.
- Converting prospects into satisfied clients.
