Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative in Erbil, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving monthly sales targets set by your Sales Supervisor.
- Managing customer orders and proactively addressing any issues, while keeping your supervisor informed about inquiries and problems.
- Adhering to credit policies and limits for each customer as outlined by the Sales Department.
- Monitoring collection limits and ensuring timely follow-up on checks.
- Providing daily reports of all invoices, cash, and checks.
- Conducting thorough visits across all assigned routes to cover the designated areas.
- Identifying and securing new sales points within your territory.
- Collecting credit notes and reconciling sales amounts with checks for submission to the Finance Department, while adhering to customer limits.
- Maintaining continuous communication with the Sales Supervisor to ensure monthly targets are met.
- Performing additional duties as required by your supervisor.
