As a Sales Representative for leading brands in the Independent Grocery sector, you will engage with a variety of stores and multi-site operators across Brisbane, Gold Coast, and regional South/West Brisbane and surrounding areas. Your primary focus will be to cultivate and maintain strong relationships that drive distribution and increase sales, ultimately enhancing market share and performance of our iconic brands through opportunity-based selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand product distribution in assigned territories.
- Negotiate for increased shelf space within stores to enhance market presence.
- Maximize the effectiveness of both upcoming and ongoing promotional campaigns.
- Deliver outstanding sales results.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with store personnel.
- Implement Planograms (POGs) effectively.
- Provide insightful feedback and reports on field activities and market trends.
