Your Responsibilities:
Telephone support for warm leads following a fixed guideline
Conducting clear needs assessments during standardized initial conversations
Maintaining existing contacts, including documentation in the CRM
Organizing and preparing for strategic consultations
Assisting at trade fairs, seminars, and events
