To strategically expand our Defense business segment, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional who is passionate about establishing new customer relationships within the contract manufacturing sector and positioning Arnold as a long-term partner for leading companies in the Defense industry.
Build and develop sustainable customer relationships in the Defense sector (focus: contract manufacturing)
Identify and acquire new customers while pursuing targeted market penetration
Develop and implement successful sales strategies within the Defense environment
Conduct market and competitive analyses to uncover new business opportunities
Manage proposals and contracts, including pricing and condition negotiations
Coordinate closely with internal departments to realize ambitious manufacturing projects
Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and with international clients
Be responsible for achieving sales targets and sustainable business growth
