Your Responsibilities – Communication with Heart & Success in Sales
- Client Acquisition and Management: Inspire executives in small and medium-sized enterprises for sustainable support in leadership and structure, ensuring that existing relationships grow long-term through personal attention.
- New Client Development: Actively reach out to potential new clients via phone, in-person, or social media, presenting the company and its offerings with the aim of closing new contracts.
- Consultation with Personality: Identify each client's unique needs and develop tailored solutions that convincingly sustain.
- Territory Development: Establish a strong presence in your sales territory by maintaining contacts through regular visits and personal conversations.
- Goal-Oriented Work: Analyze your results, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize your approach to maximize potential.
