About the Role
We are looking for a well-organized and analytically driven Sales Strategy & Operational Excellence Lead to enhance the operations of our go-to-market team. As our go-to-market activities grow swiftly, the distinction between a sales organization that thrives and one that flourishes effectively hinges on operational discipline. This encompasses structured forecast calls each week, an organized planning cycle where every team is aware of timelines beforehand, and a unified set of standards acknowledged by both Sales and Strategy.
You will be pivotal in the Chief Commercial Officer’s operational cadence, serving as the vital link among Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Systems. On a weekly basis, this involves ensuring the accuracy of forecast and pipeline reviews, while consistently providing reliable data to leaders. On a quarterly basis, you will facilitate target setting and quota distribution. Annually, your role will encompass managing the comprehensive planning cycle to ensure territories, capacity, compensation, and targets are synchronized and delivered on schedule.
The ideal candidate takes pride in streamlining complex organizational processes. You excel at transforming scattered information across multiple spreadsheets and communication channels into a singular, documented standard that is adhered to. You are adept at understanding deadlines, accountability, and can effectively manage cross-functional partners without direct authority.
