As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead the team of sales executives in Ribeirão Preto, ensuring the achievement of this location's targets. Your Challenges as a Sales Supervisor
- Lead the local team, overseeing the performance and development of the sales executives to achieve outstanding results.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct daily morning meetings with the sales executives.
- Monitor sales routes to uphold the quality and excellence of the team.
- Set and execute sales targets.
- Handle management and administrative tasks related to team oversight and the functioning of the location.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in commercial sales and PAP in the acquiring sector.
- Is available to work on-site in the Ribeirão Preto area.
- Has experience managing sales teams and achieving results.
- Is organized and disciplined in delivering outcomes.
- Can perform basic formatting and simple formulas in Excel.
You Will Stand Out If
- You have previously managed teams within the acquiring sector.
- You can perform advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, data management, conditional formatting, and advanced charting.
- You have a knack for creating compelling presentations.
