- Organize, audit, and maintain sales files to ensure compliance and easy access.
- Support operational walkthroughs and manage relevant documentation and follow-up actions.
- Oversee sales territory data and ensure accurate input into the CRM system.
- Help in creating cold-calling lists and basic marketing materials.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to the sales and office teams as needed.
- Represent the company professionally at networking and charitable events, or professional association meetings as assigned.
- Maintain excellent attendance and reliability while adhering to company policies.
- Foster and maintain positive, professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, contractors, and clients.
