- Offer administrative assistance to the sales team as necessary.
- Professionally manage client queries and email communications.
- Collaborate with colleagues to track quote progress during sales team absences.
- Keep accurate client records, including quotation conversions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the scheduling team to ensure seamless job detail handover for external assessors.
