The Role
We are in search of a dynamic and motivated Sales Support Specialist – Export & Direct-to-Retail to enhance our international Sales Support team. In this pivotal role, you will assist in managing and optimizing our export operations, collaborating closely with customers, our Sales teams, and our office in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, managing order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups.
- Compile and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Oversee customer orders from initial entry to final delivery, ensuring accurate and timely shipments.
- Coordinate essential export documentation (customs, product sheets, quotes, etc.) with our Hong Kong office.
- Maintain organized documentation files (invoices, delivery notes, shipping receipts) and ensure all required documents are provided to customers.
- Collaborate with our Hong Kong finance team to monitor customer payments.
- Update forecasting tools based on input from the sales team.
- Offer general support to the General Manager and the Export Sales Manager.
