The primary objective of this position is to drive organizational growth by enhancing existing accounts and uncovering new business opportunities within the automotive, energy, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management
- Develop Business Managers into independent leaders. Initially, you will manage one BM, with the potential to expand the team.
- Ensure achievement of growth objectives.
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions and monitor commercial actions.
- Promote a high-performance culture based on collaboration and accountability.
Account Management
- Lead the strategic governance of key accounts.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders and procurement management.
- Create account plans and conduct quarterly reviews.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Prospecting and Development
- Oversee development plans in defined sectors based on candidate experience.
- Sell innovative solutions, including AI-based offerings.
