You will design and execute innovative training programs that breathe life into our sales force. From onboarding new Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) to enhancing the skills of experienced team members, your coaching and collaboration will drive our sales success.
Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, enabling you to captivate both new and experienced sales personnel. With a background in sales or marketing, you are fluent in the intricacies of sales dynamics. You are not just a trainer; you are a motivator, data analyst, and versatile strategist. A minimum of two years of experience in sales or training is required to excel in this role.
