Qualifications
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a combination of relevant education and equivalent practical experience.1-2 years of experience, ideally within the nonprofit sector, or completion of the Admin Beginner and Intermediate trails on Trailhead.Salesforce Administrator certification is required.Who You Are:Deep understanding of Salesforce Administration best practices.Proficient in the Salesforce platform with the ability to develop custom applications, objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, and more.Experience with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is highly preferred, along with familiarity with Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Analytics Cloud.Knowledgeable in data migration and management tools (e.g., Demand Tools).Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests effectively.Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong data management skills and a commitment to continuous learning through Trailhead.
