Your Role
As a member of Axon’s Professional Services team, you will assume the role of a PSA Systems Administrator, responsible for the administration and optimization of Certinia as our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool integrated within Salesforce. This pivotal role supports effective project tracking, resource management, timekeeping, billing, and forecasting across our global Hardware and Software Professional Services teams. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the Salesforce Digital Customer Experience team to maximize Certinia’s performance, user adoption, and overall business value.
In this position, you will be the hands-on administrator and technical leader, possessing a robust understanding of Salesforce and PSA best practices. Your contributions will drive automation, streamline operations, and enhance visibility throughout the services lifecycle.
