As we broaden our product offerings and global footprint, we are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Architect to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing a robust Salesforce ecosystem that empowers our sales, partner, and revenue operations. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a hands-on and strategic environment, adept at tackling complex business challenges through a combination of Apex development, declarative configuration, and integration architecture.
You will work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering departments to deliver scalable solutions, uphold platform best practices, and maintain data integrity across Salesforce and its integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transform business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
- Establish automation strategies and integration patterns that meet enterprise standards.
- Act as a technical leader and reviewer for Salesforce designs and implementations.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure Salesforce solutions align with go-to-market and enterprise data strategies.
- Engage in release planning, code reviews, and architectural decision-making.
- Create and maintain Apex code, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
- Design solutions utilizing declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, formula fields, approvals) with a clicks-before-code approach.
- Balance custom development with configuration to enhance performance and ensure long-term supportability.
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices regarding limits, testing, and deployment.
- Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using middleware platforms.
- Define integration patterns (event-based, API-driven, batch, near-real-time).
- Collaborate with middleware and backend teams to resolve data flow issues, synchronization errors, and performance challenges.
- Ensure integrations comply with data governance and error handling standards.
