About the Role
The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the technologies and processes that enhance the efficiency of our account management and support teams. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including process and business analysis, CRM management, marketing automation, sales enablement, quantitative analysis, technology assessment, and team training. Collaborating closely with leaders from marketing and production, you will help manage components of our technology stack, which includes Salesforce, telephony tools, and marketing automation tools.
